Founded in 2004, Smitten Kitten is both an on-line retail and wholesale giftware company. Based in downtown Toronto, Smitten Kitten offers a wide range of fun and functional items that enhance everyday life and surroundings. Always eco conscious in our thought process, we incorporate vintage materials in our design whenever possible. Our energies are focused on delivering great quality and unique products that are 100% designed, manufactured and packaged in Canada.

Designer and owner Amy has a background in fine arts and up until a few years ago worked as creative director for a giftware giant, designing award winning products within the giftware industry. In 2004, fuelled by her love of design and driven by distaste of the soulless "make a quick buck" mentality of the company owners, Amy rolled her eyes at them for the last time and left it all behind to venture out on her own.

Tickled pink by vintage curios, inspiration is often drawn from quirky objects of the yesteryears. All types of media are incorporated into designing and creating Smitten Kitten's full line of products. Our main focus is in creating quality, fun and functional gift items that people love. With that in mind, we hope to bring back the notion that offering products made with heart should be the industry standard, and anything else that falls short of that should be scooped up from the litter box and tossed out.
