Coroline

I spent yesterday printing on our lovely Vintage Wallpaper Cards so today I can package them up. My work table is COVERED with these cards and my kitty cat keeps trying to jump up onto the table (bad kitty!). Tomorrow my Vintage Wallpaper Journals will be ready which means I can FINALLY start shipping out a bulk of my orders. Hurray! I can’t wait to get these orders out as I’m sure our stores are as anxious as I to receive their orders.
While waiting for my cards to dry, I went to see Coroline last night. May I just say for starters that 3D nowadays is nothing like what it used to be when I was a kid (wow I feel like such an old fuddy duddy when I say that). What used to be the flimsy paper glasses with red and blue cellophane is replaced with these slick plastic sunglasses. You can barely tell you’re wearing anything on your face at all. I was so impressed with the whole 3D experience I almost went and watched the Jonas Brothers 3D movie as well! (just kidding)
The movie and story itself was charming and we had a great time. Perhaps what I fell head over heels in love with the most was the pretty pink house in the movie. Gasp! Toally a-door-bell! If I could I would live there in a heartbeat, even if it meant sewing buttons over my eyes!
So while we’re daydreaming I might as well show some pretty pictures of houses that I dream of living in one day.
Can’t you just see it? Pink gates at the front, giant mushroom stools in the garden to perch on and gnomes all over guarding my beautiful flowers. We can have tea parties in the afternoon and play croquet. I might even turn the tower into a giant cuckoo clock so a birdie will swing out and chime every hour!
And while we’re at it, let’s pretend that there are unicorns roaming free in the back yard… *sigh*
