Hello New Stores!

We’re super excited to be in our first store in Columbus Ohio! On Paper specializes in not only lovely paper products but also a great selection of unique gift items, fine writing instruments and other doodads and knick knacks. The beautiful decor makes this shop extra special in my books! Looks like I’ll have to make an excuse to go visit Columbus Ohio soon.
Please say a special hello to our new retailer Kidding Around in New York City. Voted Best Indie Toy Store 2009 by New York Magazine, Kidding Around isn’t, uh, kidding around when it comes to fun. Specializing in toys, dolls, and games chosen solely for their capacity to inspire creativity, Kidding Around seems quite popular with the celebrities such as Sarah Jessica Parker and Molly Shannon. Hmmm… I like the idea that, even though I may never meet Sarah Jessica in person, one of my products might one day.
If you crave cute pencils, accessories, anime items, or decor, then Princeton Morning Glory is THE store for you! Located in Princeton New Jersey, Morning Glory is similar to Sanrio, but has a bigger variety. Lovely store owner Kelly has opened another store recently (two doors down from Morning Glory) called Niko Niko. Niko Niko (meaning smile in Japanese), features clothing and accessories from Japanese and Japanese-American brands including Tokidoki, Kidrobot, Paul Frank, and Harajuku Lovers. I only wish I had time to visit her store while we were in New York a couple weeks ago!
Last but definitely not least is Zuzu in Norwich Vermont. Zuzu is a super funky boutique that carries a wide variety of clothing, accessories and gift. Lovely owners Eileen and Martha came by our little pink booth at the NSS and we immediately got along like a house on fire. I’m very glad to have met these awesome ladies. Please do go visit them if you’re in the area and say a warm hello.
