Show And Tell

As a product designer, I am often asked what inspires me to create the products here at Smitten Kitten. I decided to create a new section on our website to offer up a sampling of some of the cute items I love and covet. Incase you didn’t already know, our Show and Tell shop features items that are not made by us, but rather it is a SHOWcase of items we love and an opportunity for us to TELL you a little about them.
I’ve added some cutie kawaii stationery in our Show and Tell Shop today. What’s Kawaii you ask? Good question! Kawaii (pronounced Q-ai) are super cute products popular in Hong Kong and Japan. Directly translated it means “So cute!” Hello Kitty, for example, is the queen of Kawaii.
I hope you like them.
P.S.: I want to send a big CONGRATS to my peep Jason Dollin. Jason, super talented artist, creator and all around good guy, won himself a Nissan Cube yesterday through Nissan’s Hypercube Contest. It’s been months of hard work and effort and I’m super proud of him. Jay you rock!
