Happy Monday everyone!  How are your weekend?  Mine went by in a flash!  Well that may have had something to do with us going to see the new Transformers movie on Sunday.  I swear it took us all day to watch this stupid movie.  It was so loooooong!  Like Michael Bay was really trying to give us our money’s worth so he packed 6 movies into one.  I wish someone would’ve told him, “It’s OK Micheal, you could’ve split that movie into two like Quintin did for Kill Bill and we would’ve paid to go see the second half.”  The least he could’ve done is given us an intermission.  But you know what?  I love robots.  So despite the all-over-the-place plot it was entertaining none the less.

Going backwards we had a super fun Saturday also.  We checked out the antique market out in Milton and bought ourselves a crazy horse chair.  Well actually we didn’t buy it for ourselves as much as we bought it for our kitty cat.  She’s been missing her perch since my boy space reno last April.  You can’t tell from the photo but the underside of the arm rests are wagon wheels!  It’s not the most sophisticated chair (hey I never said I was a classy girl), but it has a quirky kitchy charm that we couldn’t resist.   And after some coaxing  it’s also kitty approved!

Alright back to work for me.  I’ve got a couple custom orders I need to fill today and also some sexy paperwork that needs attention.  Before I go though, I wanted to let y’all know about the Happy Mondays / Psychedelic Furs concert coming up in October at the Koolhaus.  I’m not usually the type who plans events this far in advance but I’m pretty excited about this one.
