Shop for the cause 2

20th January, 10

My friend Nathalie Roze is hosting an emergency fund raiser for Haiti this weekend.  Here’s a note from Nathalie regarding this important event:

I’m sure you’ve been horrified by the details and images of the earthquake in Haiti - I’ve been especially saddened by this tragic news, as I’m part-Haitian myself (my father was born & raised in Port-Au-Prince), and we still have family there.
And, like most people, I want to do something concrete to help…I hope you’ll please consider contributing to this project, whether it’s via a donation, volunteering your time, simply spreading the word, baking something delicious we can sell or coming out to ‘Shop for the Cause’ on the 23rd. We can make so much more of an impact collectively.

Hope you’ll help - thanx,
Nathalie-Roze
(+ Laura and Anneke)
